Which teeth can be retained
Existing teeth are assessed individually. Removing teeth solely to fit a fixed concept is not an automatic starting point; the treatment plan follows the clinical findings.

English-speaking All-on-4 consultation
If you have lost most or all of the teeth in one jaw, or have been told that several teeth cannot be retained, All-on-4 may be one option to consider. We review the remaining teeth, available bone, fixed and removable alternatives, fees and ongoing maintenance in English.
The booking form is in Japanese. If you need help choosing a service or arranging English support, please message us on LINE.

Your treatment options
A full-arch plan considers which teeth can be retained, the available bone, the final bite and how the restoration will be cleaned each day.

Existing teeth are assessed individually. Removing teeth solely to fit a fixed concept is not an automatic starting point; the treatment plan follows the clinical findings.
02
A fixed implant-supported restoration and a removable denture differ in surgery, cleaning, repair, cost and how they feel in daily life.
03
The full-arch restoration must allow cleaning underneath and stable bite contacts. Maintenance continues after the final teeth are fitted.
Treatment options
All-on-4 uses four implants in one jaw. If six or eight implants are recommended, we explain that as an All-on-6 or All-on-8 plan with a separate estimate.
A connected zirconia full-arch restoration supported by four implants in one jaw.
¥3,300,000 per arch, including tax.
Six implants may be planned when additional support is appropriate for the anatomy and restorative design.
¥3,960,000 per arch, including tax.
Eight implants may be considered in selected plans. More implants are not automatically better; the anatomy and restorative plan determine the proposal.
¥4,840,000 per arch, including tax.
A removable denture, treatment of selected teeth or a staged plan may better match medical, financial or cleaning priorities.
After your examination, we will explain the recommended option, total fee and expected schedule before you decide.

Examination and treatment planning
Before surgery, we assess speech, appearance, bite and access for daily cleaning. The findings guide both the implant positions and the design of the new teeth.
What to expect
Step 1
We review your main difficulty, medical history, teeth, gums, bite and CT findings.
Step 2
The proposed implant number, teeth to retain or remove, temporary restoration, alternatives, fee and maintenance are explained in writing.
Step 3
Implants are placed according to the plan. The timing and type of temporary teeth depend on implant stability and the clinical situation.
Step 4
After healing, the final restoration is fitted and adjusted. Cleaning instruction and regular reviews continue.
