Suitability of the movement
Some rotations, vertical movements, extraction spaces or bite corrections may need attachments, additional trays, fixed appliances or another approach.

Clear-aligner consultation in English
Clear aligners are removable for eating and cleaning, but they are not suitable for every type of tooth movement. We assess your bite and discuss Invisalign, other aligner plans, braces and expected visits in English before you choose.
The booking form is in Japanese. If you need help choosing a service or arranging English support, please message us on LINE.

Your treatment options
The bite, amount of crowding and movements required are assessed before the convenience of the appliance is weighed against its limits.
01
Some rotations, vertical movements, extraction spaces or bite corrections may need attachments, additional trays, fixed appliances or another approach.
02
The trays must be worn for the prescribed time and changed on schedule. Missed wear can make the next tray fit poorly and extend treatment.
03
LINE or online communication can help with questions between visits, but it cannot replace examinations needed to check tooth movement, gums, decay or the bite.
Treatment options
The number of trays is one part of the fee. Examination, imaging, periodic checks and retention are shown separately so the estimate is understandable.
A seven-aligner package without an included refinement, intended only for a very limited goal when clinically appropriate.
¥275,000 package fee.
Packages with 14 or 26 aligners and a defined number of included refinements for mild or moderate plans.
¥550,000 or ¥770,000.
Full treatment packages for broader movement, with separate options for non-extraction and extraction plans.
¥990,000–¥1,210,000.
Fixed appliances may be proposed when they offer more predictable control for part or all of the required movement.
After your examination, we will explain the recommended option, total fee and expected schedule before you decide.

Examination and treatment planning
A simulation is useful for discussing direction and goals, but it is not a guarantee of the final result. Diagnosis also includes the bite, gums, roots and the condition of the teeth.
What to expect
Step 1
We discuss your concern, daily routine and treatment priorities, then explain whether further records are appropriate.
Step 2
Scans, photographs and appropriate X-rays are reviewed before the movements, appliance requirements, fee and schedule are confirmed.
Step 3
You change trays as instructed. Reviews check fit, tooth movement, attachments, oral health and the bite.
Step 4
Additional trays may be needed when movement differs from the plan. Retainers are used after active movement.
Treatment details
The figures below are general guides. After examining you, we will provide a written estimate and expected schedule.
Amounts include tax. Self-pay care is not covered by Japanese public health insurance. When insured care may apply, eligibility and cost depend on the diagnosis and your insurance status.

Clear-aligner treatment
Dr. Ayaka Nakamura is the clinic director. She assesses whether clear aligners suit the required movement and coordinates another orthodontic approach when the diagnosis calls for it.
The dentist who provides each part of your care may vary with the treatment and appointment schedule. We will explain who will be involved before treatment begins.
