Natural teeth
Natural tooth colour may become lighter, but the degree and duration vary. Sensitivity history and the timing of an event are included in the plan.

Whitening consultation in English
Professional whitening can lighten natural teeth, but crowns, veneers and fillings do not change colour. We check for decay, gum problems and sensitivity, then help you choose in-office or take-home whitening based on your oral health and schedule.
The booking form is in Japanese. If you need help choosing a service or arranging English support, please message us on LINE.

Your treatment options
Whitening is intended for natural tooth structure. Surface stains, restorations and internal discolouration may need a different plan.

02
Restorative materials do not whiten. If they are visible, their existing shade may look different after nearby natural teeth change.
03
Active decay, gum disease, cracks or sensitivity may need assessment or treatment before a whitening agent is used.
Treatment options
Office and take-home methods can be selected around your schedule, oral condition and preference.
A whitening agent is applied at the clinic. One set includes two consecutive light applications at one treatment visit and one enamel-care cleaning.
¥38,500 for one set including tax.
Custom upper and lower trays are used with the supplied gel at home. It is usually continued for about two weeks to one month.
¥38,500 starter set including upper/lower trays and two gel syringes.
Office and take-home methods may be combined when the schedule and desired approach support it. The total is itemised before treatment.
Surface stain may respond to professional cleaning. A visible filling, crown or veneer may need separate restorative planning if its colour no longer fits the surrounding teeth.
After your examination, we will explain the recommended option, total fee and expected schedule before you decide.

Examination and treatment planning
The first appointment for a new patient is an oral examination. This reduces the risk of applying whitening treatment over an untreated dental problem.
What to expect
Step 1
For a new patient, we check the teeth, restorations, gums and sensitivity before office or take-home treatment.
Step 2
We compare office, take-home and combined care in relation to your dates, expectations and oral condition.
Step 3
Office treatment takes about 90 minutes for one set at the treatment visit. Take-home treatment is performed according to the tray and gel instructions.
Step 4
Colour, sensitivity and visible restorations are reviewed. Additional treatment is discussed only if desired and appropriate.

Whitening assessment
Dr. Ayaka Nakamura is the clinic director. Whitening planning begins by separating surface stain and natural tooth colour from restorations that cannot whiten, then matching the method to oral health and timing.
The dentist who provides each part of your care may vary with the treatment and appointment schedule. We will explain who will be involved before treatment begins.
